I spent a week at the hotel. It was a nice room, reasonably priced, great location and had a great view of the beach from the pool on the 21 floor. There are cheaper hotels in Rio, but for the price this hotel is well worth it.

The hotel was a good value. Its location though is on the far end of Copacabana beach, but still only a block from the beach. Front desk people all spoke English and though very busy still tried to help. The laundry was outrageously expensive, and the rates not disclosed until it was done. The breakfasts were huge. My room had an ocean and beach view.

i stayed there for almost two weeks and it was ok i didnt stay in the room much only went to sleep and change. i would say that it isnt the cleanest hotel I've stayed in but it had nice staff also the area was very nice.
